We use DPD as our courier service, please double check that when placing your order your contact details you give us are correct. These details will be used by DPD to contact you regarding your delivery. If incorrect details are given and there is a problem with your delivery, unfortunately we at Our Home To Yours cannot be held responsible.
DPD will email and text (if mobile number is given) to inform you of when your order is due for delivery. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that someone is available to take delivery.
